The Linden Leadership Collective is a 3-6 month leadership development experience where you'll learn dialogue skills, have one courageous conversation with someone who feels like "the other," and reflect deeply on what you learned.
Duration: 3-6 months, self-paced Format: Webinar + practicum + monthly virtual cohort calls Time Commitment: ~15-25 hours total over 3-6 months Cohort Size: 10-15 participants Cost: Free
1. Complete the Linden Dialogue Foundations webinar (60-75 min) 2. Design and have one conversation with your "other" 3. Write a critical reflection (750-1000 words) 4. Create an artistic response (essay, poem, visual art, film, podcast, etc.) 5. Share your work with the cohort

Submit a short written response (300-500 words) addressing: 1. Who is your "other"? (You don't need to name them—just describe the relationship and the friction.) 2. Why do you want to do this work? What are you hoping to learn? 3. What's one thing you're afraid of or struggling with when it comes to this conversation? Optional: Include a creative sample (writing, art, media) that shows how you process ideas.
This is for leaders who:
- Want to develop skills for bridging division
- Are willing to be honest about their stories
- Process through creativity and reflection
- Value courage and authenticity in leadership
Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. Cohorts start quarterly: Spring/Summer/Fall/Winter
